FAQ.

Here’s a collection of question we get asked frequently. If you didn’t find an answer for your question, please use the contact form above.

If you already own a Linux ALSA compatible USB soundcard, you can easily use this one to run Rocket Show. Simply plug it in and wait for the device to recognize it. You can check, whether your soundcard is supported here.

With Rocket Show you are able to automate a show including video, audio and light. Rocket Show is a piece of software you can install on your Raspberry Pi 3, a cheap mini-computer.

There is a free version without limitations. If you want to get a ready-to-use version without installing the image by yourself and bothering about compatible extensions, just check the “Get started”-section on the site here.

After you started your device, just wait about three minutes for the startup and then simply type the address “RocketShow.local” in your browser.

A bunch of apes. No, we are some spare-time hackers, mostly also musicians. Keep on rockin’!
